I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

They did a great job at our place, replacing a very long seamless gutter, sealing several glass blocks in the roof, and correcting some masonry work as well (that they brought up as a potential issue in the future). They had to get access to the roof through our choir loft and brought all materials and removed debris through a carpeted area without leaving a mark or any sign that work had been done. The work that was done is very clean and neat. All of the seams in the duct work were sealed. The leaks are all gone! We have had multiple rains and freezing and warm weather and no sign of leakage.
