"The company does not make on site visits for quotes. It is done by phone, texting photos and quotes. The first application was awful and full of gritty paricles. I complained and the owner called and said they would redo. At NO time was I told there would not be a smooth surface. Owner came to check with different worker for redo. Told me he would return for the application. Never did. It's too much money for the poor quality and lack of direct, honest communication. It is somewhat improved from first mess, but not the smooth surface like photos the scheduler sent to me. Extremely disappointed."

Am having them return as there is a 2 or 3 year guarantee on the work. Once complete, I know I will be able to better their score on the job. Owner, Hector, might need to get involved as Juan mentioned several times that he values these reviews to represent the business."
