"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. I emailed them twice, called them twice. I just finished 2 times with their online chat and was transfered to a voice line and both times their system hung up on me. I had already gone to Home Depot and they put an order in and so far I haven't been contacted."
