"Steve arrived and got right to work taking down our old fluorescent garage light and installing a double outlet on the wiring used for the fluorescent. He then worked with me to find the best installation arrangement for two new LED fixtures and installed them. I mentioned that we had had a problem with one of two ceiling fans we had wired together, so he checked the wiring and properly connected the ground, solving a problem no one else had been able to figure out for years. "They were very, very nice, very cordial, very professional, and was here when he told us that he was going to be here, although since then his workers left a hole on the bottom end of the breaker panel that we had replaced. I had him come back out and he did come back out and looked at that. He said that he could easily get a piece of wood and bring it back out and frame that. That was one of the things that we wanted to cover up. He said he could do that for us and get a piece of wood and do that. I called him twice, but I haven't gotten a return answer from him. I don't if he's going to come back and do that or not. It's an opening the whole width of the breaker panel. When they put the breaker panel on, we had a hole at the top and they covered the top hole up wonderfully, but the breaker panel was not long enough to cover it up on the bottom so we still have that opening, the whole width of the breaker panel on the bottom. Because we are thinking of selling our house and we'll have an electrical inspection come in, they are going to look at that and ask what's wrong with it. That is one of the things that we are particularly interested in making sure too that was covered up. He hasn't answered my call and I just gave him a call a couple of days ago. I don't know if he's coming back or not. He has always been so cordial and always seems like he's interested in helping out, but we'll see. I don't want to say that he's not going to do that because I know he gets really, really busy as they all do. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's still going to come back and do that. I may go ahead and call him again. Other than that, I like what he has done. I like the workmanship that the workers had out here, and he is a very, very nice person. Other than that, I really don't consider the work totally done yet. I know it's not going to be a hard thing to do, and he didn't think it would be a hard thing to do, and he thought he would be able to find a piece of wood easily, but it's just not finished work yet in my eyes."
