The plumber found the shut-off valves inoperable and began replacing them without telling me about it or the additional cost. The weather did not cooperate on starting the job, but as soon as weather permitted work began and it only took two days. The old fence and posts were removed and new posts installed on day one and new four-foot link was installed with re enforcement along the bottom keeping the escape artist dog safely confined.
