They asked if they needed clarification for anything, were clear and prompt with communication, no run around trying to get them here. No more root-clogged pipes! "I was so happy with the idea of a no dig repair by NuFlow. Friendly and professional crew, but... 5 years later I started having issues again. They sent someone to do a "wellness" check. Apparently the repair was not complete, they stopped 15' short of where it needed to be. Now tree roots are causing a problem at the opposite end of the pipe. Instead of completing the repair, they quoted $7,010 to finish the remainder of the pipe. I don't feel that it should cost me more to complete what I thought was already done. Penny Hunter "
