"Darrin Carpenter and his team did an outstanding and very complete job. Over the course of two days, they installed five helical piers, raised the slab into position, used hydraulics to reposition the exterior brick wall coaxing the bricks as closely as possible to their original position, then tuckpointed the cracks in the brick. They repaired accidental damage to the sprinkler system and graded the soil away from the house, something not even the original builder had done properly. Our brick pattern is very unusual and irreplaceable; the team cleaned and reused the original brick, replacing the most damaged one with an extra found in the soil. We are very happy with the results and with the lifetime transferrable warranty. Darrin tells us that he has never been called back to a job site for warranty work. An estimate from a competitor would have given us only four piers at lower cost, but without any masonry repair which would have been an extra $1,500 using brick that doesn't match the original. We are now ready to replace the exterior stairs and sliding glass door and plan to add a deck so that the masonry repair is less visible."

Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Tom and his crew did a great job. He came right on time everyday, and took the time to explore all of our options, including what it would take to change the drainage and size of the deck. He also thoroughly caulked every screw hole and carpet edge that would come into contact with water, changed the pitch of the balcony to drain properly, added a thick membrane (6mm), and managed to float a carpet perfectly over it so as not to puncture the top seal. Crew was very polite and professional, and did a great job cleaning after, including making sure the rubbish 'bagster' was out before the 4th of July. It looks great, and more importantly feels very solid and will surely survive many years of Michigan weather."

"My experience with N.C. Cement exceeded my expectations. I had a lot of work done on my new construction home. I had over 5,000 square feet of exposed aggregate (pool deck, 2 round sitting areas and bands on sides of my driveway and the borders of my motor court) and it looks stunning! The way they do the exposed aggregate is so much nicer than any other exposed agg jobs that I’ve seen, especially considering the difficult slope I have in my driveway. The concrete looks beautiful with the exposed aggregate. Every neighbor or friend coming by our house stops and compliments our driveway.
