He arrived with an assistant, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and it was fixed 10 minutes later. Apparently, a wire had come loose in a ground fault outlet and when my spouse erroneously changed the plug, he didn’t wire it correctly. Josh wrote a receipt on his ipad and emailed it to me. This was such an easy and efficient transaction, I will definitely call him back if I have any other issues. They were both professional, clean-cut, knowledgeable and I appreciated their use of shoe covers in my home."
