We had an issue with our sump pump and it was right before the major rain/ice storm (of course, Murphy's Law). Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber the next day, and we were very thankful for this. The plumber that assessed our sump pump issue, Kevin, was very professional and very competent. The only thing is, Benjamin Franklin's pricing is indeed high.
