"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. "They were the BEST, They did quit a lot of work on my home tore off all the singles replaced all the bad wood. Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. They did this all and even cleaned up after they did suck a great job I made them lunch."

"The installers were fast and for the most part good. However, they did significant damage to my cedar siding, rain gutters, and trim. This appeared mostly due to haste and lack of experience with my type of construction. The entire staff as well as the owner keep saying that 100% satisfaction is their goal and to let them know if I was not. After several calls I was able to get most of the damage repaired to my satisfaction. They did continue to work with me on this."
