The final result was satisfactory, but there were several problems in addition to the work, beginning with the fact that they were difficult to make contact with.  Several months passed after I had hoped they would be able to do the work.

2. The contract was for 8 hours of work.  They were at my house for 7 hours total and took an hour's lunch break. 

3. They told me it was going to cost more after they started the job because the walls would require 2 coats of paint, which I thought was standard.  When they were finished, I was told it would be an additional $400.  I asked for an itemized bill ,and they said they would send it to me.  I never received a bill.  I paid them because I wanted them out of my house.  Overall the paint job was good and the $600 total was probably not unreasonable, but it was not the Big Deal I thought I was getting.
