"Yury and crew have completed 3 major projects at our home, all done to perfection including complete upgrade and remodel of two separate large indoor spaces(absolutely beautiful) and an exterior repair requiring significant deconstruction with high quality permanent and waterproof refinish. "The technician caulked the windows using caulk I provide but unfortunately he missed several areas and had to come back to complete the caulking. The quality of the caulking was poor in places with some missed joints and some caulk was on the window glass. The technician replaced my antenna amplifier with one I supplied and improved my re epitomizing from 14 channels to 70."

"I needed a soffit repair. Access wasn’t easy as it was fairly high on sloped ground. One roof company offered to do it only if I pail $5000 to also paint all my trim. Another large company would only do it if I also replaced all my gutters. Their estimate was $10,000. Zimax came out, gave me a quote to fix the soffit and we scheduled. Communication with Zimax was excellent. The work was done ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier and more appreciative."

After our insurance company said there was not enough damage to replace both our house and large detached garage, they took complete ownership by calling the adjuster to walk the roof with him to ensure a detailed inspection was completed in which resulted in replacing both roofs. They handled the insurance replacement process and even went back to our insurance company to have our Gutter Shutter hoods removed so they would not be damaged. On installation day they arrived bright and early with their crew and completed both roofs in 8 hours to beat the rain. Our new roof is beautiful and expertly installed.
