"Company worked with us a year prior to design the layout before the concrete flatwork and retaining walls were build.  This helped prevent the rebar from affecting the containment system and confusing the dog.  As a result, we were able to give our dog a complete 360 degree path around the house despite the narrow property width and heavy steel usage on once side of the house. <br /> <br /> When the installer returned on the day of installation, the process went smoothly.  They used professional equipment and materials and the project was complete in a few hours.  The installer was experienced and their vehicles were professional. <br /> <br /> Later when our growing dog developed a very thick neck, the installer returned with a heavy duty collar.  They have been very responsive to our changing needs with a remote trainer, interior transmitter, and reprogramming when the dog challenged the fence.  <br /> <br /> We now have a very reliable system that gives us no problems.  We are considering expanding the system to include a second pet."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. I could not have been happier nor could I more highly recommend! <br />"

"The person who answered the phone was friendly. I told that one of my gates on a fence that The Fence Co. had installed some years ago was sagging and I needed a service call. He insisted that I take a photo of the gate with my phone and email it to him before he scheduled the call so that, "they would know what to bring with them to be able to fix it." When I explained that I had never taken or emailed a phone photo, he explained how I might do that. I did figure out how to take and send the photo, and he promptly called me back. He explained that their minimum charge for a service call was $275.00 but that he could explain to me how to fix it myself and save the money---which he then tried to do. I find it disappointing that The Fence Co. does not have a reasonable scale of charges to provide repair services for customers who buy their product. It is their right not to, but I would not use them again to install a fence for me because of it, nor would i recommend them to someone on that bases. I have left their "The Fence Co. w/phone#" sign on my gate all these years, but it is coming off this weekend."

"Josh and Kristen contacted me very quickly after my e-mail and set up an appointment to review the property. Kristen arrived on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made suggestions on placement of the fence, the gates, etc. It did take a few days to get the estimate (the company I chose wrote up the estimate before leaving the property), but Josh was very helpful at answering any questions I had. Their price was a little higher than the company I chose but not out of line. I chose another company based on their recommendations and estimate, but mainly due to a personal reference from my cousin. I would not hesitate to contact DPM for any future projects."

"This is a follow-up to an earlier review. A neighbor's landscape service damaged a few posts in the fence and I contacted Burcor to purchase some replacements. It took longer than usual for them to receive the parts from the manufacturer and whether it was from the delay or the initial installation issues, Jeff provided them to us at no cost. We didn't ask for them to be free and fully expected to pay, so it came as a nice surprise. We appreciated his customer service and based on the past few interactions, we'd hire them again."
