"Jeff and his 2 men were the nicest people, ever! Hard workers, knew what they were doing and did it perfectly! They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"Doug and Larry did a great job removing the old pieces and replacing them with new. The old parts were hauled away for disposal. They were very punctual, friendly, and professional. The yard and fence looked great when they were done. Highly recommend this crew. With rainy May weather it took about 2.5 days. Pioneer will not be the lowest price, however, the quality of their materials (beefier) and installation technique (gravel vs concrete) justify the price. We paid half up front and the rest upon completion. The office staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to wait 6-8 weeks between approving the job and getting the work done due to demand. We used to repair the fence ourselves until too much failed at the same time and we got old. We won't DIY fences anymore. We'd use Pioneer again."

"The power washed surfaces look great. It made such a difference. The decks look great too. Prior to washing and re-staining, I was concerned we needed to rebuild them. The power washing alone brought them back to life. Then, they replaced the bad boards, even repairing a few for no additional charge and the decks look really good. Brian and Bill also told me the stain colors they've used most and shared thoughts on different colors which helped me narrow down to my color and I love the choice. The work started when promised and the foreman Brian worked to get the job completed prior to my deadline, which was an event we were hosting.
With respect to the size of the job, I don't know the sizes of my decks, but three of them would hold two seats and a side table comfortably, which the 4th is very large, with built in benches around the perimeter that could fit 15-20. The pool is at least 25 feet long w/ room for a 10 seat patio table. The original price was around $3900, and the final price around $4400 with the additional work. The offer of the additional work was really helpful. I was looking up how to re-mortar or thinking who to call.The price was maybe $250. I didn't shop around, but it felt reasonable, especially when I factored in the convenience of completing the work right away and not having to take more time off work to get estimates for the job and to do the work.
Bill Jones was very responsive. I had a problem with the excess mortar not washing away as Brian said it would (perhaps our water pressure was not great enough). Someone came by the next day and took care of it. I was very pleased with my experience with Queen City Pressure Washing and would use them in the future and recommend them to others.
