"Work actually done was patching of potholes and resurfacing of some community roads. Warner Paving & Excavating, LLC, has done work in our community every year since 2018. In addition to asphalt work, they have also done culvert pipe replacement and ditch line work. They are top-notch and do what they say they will. They communicate well and take the time to treat our community assets as they were their own. Highly recommend."

"Robert was prompt with his estimate and worked within our budget. He was professional and polite with all our interactions and was quick with returning phone calls. He did a neat clean job with attention to details. when he finished sealcoating there was one small spot that didn't match as well as I would've liked. When I brought it to Roberts attention he explained why the slight discolor occurred, fixed it, and resealed the entire driveway, which was way above and beyond what I expected. The day after he resealed the driveway it rained. Robert called us early the next morning to inquire if the rain affected the driveway and offered to reseal it again if necessary. Fortunately, the driveway had enough time to dry before the rain and it did not adversely affect it. I am very pleased with the way my driveway looks and working with Robert was a pleasure. We are very happy with the product the provider used and the manner in which he  completed his services. The product he applied is not the usual  smelly, sticky finish. He sprayed the product and it left a nice black sheen coating that does not get on your tires or shoes. <br />"

"Found on Angie's List. Called late in day on 4/8/13. Requested app't for an estimate. Spoke with son who was in Allentown area but said his father was up in my area and could stop by for the estimate and discussion of price. Within 1 hour James Burke (father) had arrived. <br /> We discussed what I wanted done as well as what <br />  is the process/material he uses for sealcoating driveway. We discussed price negotiated what I thought was reasonable. My driveway area is around 4,000 sq. ft. <br /> James was willing to start the job that same evening; however, I preferred it to be done the following day. He said he would be at my home around 10am. He was prompt and immediately began working....first by cleaning/blowing driveway before applying the sealer. He applied an oil base seal coating via a gas powered sprayer. Finished the entire driveway in about 2-2 1/2 hrs. <br /> The only minor negative is that he didn't offer to provide a written estimate nor receipt; however, I did not ask for either. I'm certain he would have provided them had I requested them. I was content/satisfied not receiving them <br /> .I was very pleased with results and would use him again. He was courteous, polite and kept his word."
