"The soil settled after Coastline installed our artificial grass. Unfortunately it caused canyon like ripples throughout our yard. It has been 2 months and a few flash flood warnings later so it was understandable. I text George, the owner, and he had Harold and his two guys (Laie boys) come out and fix everything two days later. Customer service was second to none. No gripes or hesitation to have them come back out, tear up the grass, flatten the soil again, lay gravel and then even added cement. It looks amazing, ten times better and we are just as happy as we were my last 5 star review. George, Harold, Andrew, Laie boys, thank you all and we will recommend you to anyone we know that needs an amazing transformation of their landscape! After about two hours, he redirected to the plumbago plants/roots on our back wall.  My wife said he was very polite.  Because he didn't know he had to dig, he didn't bring his tools for digging, so he used my tools.  All in all, he did a good job.
