"I found Eamonn on this site. He came to the house and made useful suggestions for the remodelling (part removal of two walls to make more open plan between kitchen and dining room). Eamon uses local contractors for work he cannot do himself and they were all very good at their jobs. He has worked with these subs for a long time and knows their work. He co-ordinated throughout and everything ran smoothly just as if they all worked as part of Ashfield Construction. He paid great attention to detail and worked hard with protective measure to minimise dust etc during the remodel. When it was finished, it was better that my wife and I had hoped for and you would think it had always looked that way. Armando was quick to respond and was able to get someone out within a few days since I had painters coming. The work was done well, all the rotten wood replaced and new siding put on.
