The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! "This roofing job started off bad and continued to the finish. I wanted a professional with a few requirements. Be careful of original structure as it is prefabbed. The workers punched twelve holes in sheeting removing old roof material, requiring sheeting overlay. I requested that roofing nails not protrude through roof in patio area. They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail. "
