"The tankless water heater in the hotel we manage went down on July 3 2024. We have a wedding party coming in on July 5. There was a fire burning in Oroville that was blocking the shortest path. The new route added another 15 miles to the trip. Vincent arrived at 7PM and worked diligently until 10PM. Vincent returned on July 4th, yes on a holiday, and completed the Job. Vincent's work is clean and he took the time to explain about the new tankless water heater and answered our question. Around 5:30 that evening the water was back on. He came back the next day and finished filling all the dirt in then put the grass back.
