After having some bad experiences with contractors it was such a relief to find a team of professionals. Not only do they complete the project, but they went above and beyond. For instance, while shoring up our main staircase, Cesar fixed a door that never closed right, now almost a year later it still closes! The projects we hired him for were to replace loose tiles in our tub/shower and fix the faucets as well. Just yesterday they finished removing tile and carpet from our kitchen, hallway and bathroom. They also installed a combination of vinyl plank flooring, tile and a bathroom vanity. The job took only 2 days. Overall Cesar and his team worked quickly and efficiently, in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this operation."

"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. "I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and have rated a few of them a 5; but D & D has to be the best I've had in every respect. Gabrielle is an honest, sincere, and very competent owner/manager. She is detail oriented and always seemed to place my needs first. One note on the preliminaries: If a contractor offers to give you a discount if you will sign a contract immediately...show him the door. Gabrielle never used any such tricks....just straight up and honest interaction. Promises made...promises kept. Her crew is outstanding. In the middle of the project, it snowed 10 inches, but that only slowed them down by a day. They actually shoveled off the parts of the lawn they were using for their staging/work areas. Even when the temp dropped to 8 degrees, they kept going all day long. Everyone worked non-stop. The siding and the new front door have both drawn a lot of praise from neighbors. And others who drive by slow down to look at the finished product. I can't say enough good things about D&D, Gabrielle and her crew. The only problem is that Home Advisor only lets me give a maximum of 5 starts."
