"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. Clean up inside and out was immaculate. They were as efficient, polite, well mannered, conversational and conscientious crew that we’ve had in our house. Dan and his Zen Windows TEAM is FIVE STAR. "The installation was amazing. They had all 15 replaced in a little over 4 hours. One gentleman replaced and the second followed behind, cleaning up and doing inside finishing. Three came back the next day to do outside insulation and trim. The windows are fabulous. My only problem has been getting the follow-up paperwork. I'm not terribly worried (at this point) because I am relying on their reputation to follow through."

Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. "Bill did a beautiful job and we love our new backsplash. He cleaned up so well at the end of each day you hardly knew he was there. When he gave us our estimate he gave the quote based on the worst case scenario, having to replace all the drywall, but he was able to save most of it so our final cost was lower than the initial estimate. How often does that happen? Overall it was a very good experience and we would use the company again.

"Hire this company!  They are wonderful.  After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work.  He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs.  His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like.

They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011.  The dumpster was delivered the same day.  The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think.  Everything went great.  Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard.  I don't know how they do it.  It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained. 

After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left.

Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right.  The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly. 

Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous.  I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year.  In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012.  I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design.  Really nice people, very professional.  I am thrilled with my new patios. Just beautiful.  A HUGE THANK YOU TO FLETCHER'S.  

Oh, and when the job was finished on 11/12/2011, they sent me flowers.  How sweet is that!

"Greystone Interiors provided outstanding service with awesome results for this remodel.  From the initial contact, design guidance given, and planning, Pat Jewell, was there.  The demolition of the existing bathroom was done quickly and with minimum interruption to our daily living. All the steps in the construction were planned and executed so there would be no waiting on materials, etc.  Dale Jewell even designed special cabinets to house our electric toothbrushes.  (An important feature to me.)  Frequent visits by both Pat and Dale were made to ensure that the remodel stayed on track and we were happy with the progress being made. The whole project was beyond our expectations......Oh, and all debris was cleaned up and hauled away each day.  Greystone has already started the second bathroom!!!
