"It went very well thanks to Melinda in the office that scheduled the service. She kept in constant contact with us on when the needed parts would be delivered and when the repair could be made. They were performing service under a warranty agreement we had with Sears. Sears recommended them as they stated their technicians were too busy. Melinda was able to get us a technician out about a week earlier than Sears could. Melinda bent over backwards to help us get our washing machine working again.
