It was a wind storm night and they were out making money as fast as they could. They were at my house for 15 minutes and made $300. They will never get another dime from me. I moved on to another company from Angi to remove five full grown trees and their stumps. This team of guys were friendly!! I will have them back for future work!! "Overall the job went really well. Zach came out and I walked the property with him and told him what I wanted. This turned out to be a large job. There were a lot of things to remove and a lot of things to plant. He did the job in 2 parts which is exactly as I asked. The first part was removing trees, preparing garden beds, planting new trees and bushes and mulching all the flower beds. Him and his team showed up on time and went right to work. The first part of the work took 2 days. His crew was professional and did a great job. I was very pleased. The second phase was to remove my old concrete slab and replace it with a paver patio with fire pit and finish the landscaping around the patio. This part of the job took 3 days and exceeded my expectations. The paver patio turned out fantastic. Zach and his crew did a great job in a aspects of the job from planning to implementation and clean up.
 As in any large jobs there were misinterpretations and misunderstandings and mistakes. They were quickly resolved by Zach and his team with no complaints. I would recommend Lebanon Lawn and Landscape for your outside needs. I will be using them in the future for maintaining the work they did."

"I met with the owner Micah Dean on a Friday we talked through all the yard issues. He listened  understood exactly what I wanted done.  He said the entire job could be completed in five days.  Although it rained on one of the scheduled work days, they still completed the job on time.   There were several different crews working from fencing to landscaping and they were all very professional and  responsive as the job progressed.  After some of the large bushes were torn out from between the houses I asked if an 8' shrub (after the fact and 3 days into the project) could be placed in the side yard to provide some privacy right at the kitchen door.  The next day... there it was!   When the project was completed I could not believe the transformation.  Micah and his crew really enjoy what they do, and customer satisfaction is important to them.  This is reflected in the quality of their work.  
As a side note, I also had a very large limb that had fallen and was hanging on the power line (the week before I contracted with Dean Landscaping) from my neighbor's tree.  Micah had arranged to have it hauled away, since it had taken the power company so long to respond.  The power company did finally arrive and removed it, however it was very reassuring to know I had a backup plan.  
I couldn't be more pleased with Dean Landscaping.  I will definitely be calling them in the future to have additional work done.

"Meet with Alan and told him that I wanted to start over with my landscaping.  The only ideas I had were to removed 3 trees that had grown too close to the house and rebuild the retaining wall in front of the house.  Everything else was up to Alan.  He took measurements of my property and told me he would be back in touch with me in a week with a design.  He completed the design in a week and we met to discuss his plan.  The plan had a drawing of my lot, where plants would be placed, a description (with color photo) of each plant, and an itemized cost list..  I told him what I liked and didn't and he went back to revise the plan.  I agreed to the revisions and he scheduled me for late April early May.  About a week before work was to start, I told Alan that I was unsure about the retaining wall design.  He revised the plan again and suggested that I visit a stone supplier to view my options.  After the visit, I decided to go back to the original design.   
Unlike other landscape companies that have 8-10 people on your property, tripping over themselves, Rochell had an on-site manager and never more than 3 people on the job.  It took a couple of days to removed all the old stuff.  The retaining wall took about 3 days to complete, and about a week to re-cut the beds, trim the current shrubs, plant new stuff, and lay new mulch.  By not having an army of people of people on-site, I think there was a greater attention to detail which led to a "crisper" look when the job was finished.  Several neighbors have stopped by to commented on how good the new landscaping looks.
