"Everything went smoothly. We were on a time crunch, and had to change the installation date to the weekend. Austin was our guy and he was always on top of things and was in contact with us. They didn’t have the transition pieces available on the dates the installers showed up but he said it was not a problem for them to do the flooring first, and transitions a couple days later. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but we live in a rural area, far away from their company so it’s a pain to get out here! The flooring looks and feels awesome. I don’t remember what it’s called but it’s an innovative, durable, lifetime guaranteed type of flooring. Most expensive, but worth the price since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats."

"We first made a appointment with Serve pro (the biggest company) but after not showing up to 2 appointments we found Maso restoration. They showed up the nex day (Tuesday) and had it completely remediated by the weekend. They did a excellent job, not only with the work but communicating the whole time. Showing me what and why they did things. Not sure how they ripped out a whole bathroom without getting dust anywhere. Very professional, and showed up on time every day. Everything they promised was completed to the highest standard. We highly rececomend Maso restoration if you need anything done when it comes to mold."

"Based on the initial meeting my wife and I had with Nigel we knew we had picked the right man for the job. Nigel is a professional, he helped us pick the tile, walked us through his plan, and broke down how much everything would cost. His attention to detail and love of the craft is apparent based on the finished product. Everyone that has come to visit compliments how beautiful our flooring is. Our job included peeling laminate, pulling carpet and patching a crack on the concrete. Each step was done carefully and diligently. 10/10 would recommend, and hire again.
