"Very professional from start to finish. My Hardi plank siding had cracks and broken pieces missing. I had to replace that side of my house. Home Genuis did an excellent job replacing my siding. They started on time and finished on time and effectively communicated each step. The Project manager AJ was superb."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"The ideal siding team was professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The project turned out great!"

"The winter temperatures of 2022-23 were a bit harsh on our siding. We were utilizing our whole house humidifier to keep our house comfortable but the combination of the moisture and extreme temps led to some of our siding warping around two of our upstairs windows. It was very startling and concerning to see our siding buckle virtually overnight. We needed to make sure there wasnâ t damage underneath the siding and have it repaired as quickly as possible. I found Blue Ladder on our NextDoor site. Trey was incredibly prompt when I reached out to him. He asked me to send him pics of the damage and sent me back a very reasonable quote that explained what work he thought would need need to be done and offered to stop by and confirm his quote in-person. He also sent me pics of his previous siding jobs, as well as his company insurance info. Trey is very personable, friendly and honest. He took the time to explain how he would repair the siding, what he would be looking for underneath it to ensure there wasnâ t additional hidden damage and answered all of our questions. His quote went up slightly because we asked him to add trim around both windows when he fixed the siding. He sent us an itemized estimate via text and we set a date and time for the repair. When the forecast called for bad weather the day we had scheduled, Trey reached out and asked if he could come earlier (on the weekend) to make sure our house could be fixed before the next storm moved in! He showed up on time and with a couple crew members to to do the fix. They did a fantastic job! He removed the old siding and before they replaced it, he brought us out to show us there was no damage underneath. He color matched the old paint in our house perfectly! He and his crew were punctual, considerate and they left our yard and patio clean. Weâ re incredibly pleased with the repair! We are hiring Trey to trim out our remaining doors and windows when paints our house in the spring. He does great work for a very reasonable price!!"

"It was such a pleasure to work with both Cody Bolster and Blake Carrow. They were very upbeat, they were very knowledgeable about their products and had amazing suggestions for our siding project."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

"y experience with Hart Roofing was brilliant! Here is why: 1. No cost over runs 2. Quality material used to replace roof and gutters 3. Work staff was courteous, professional, on time, and very experienced A special thank you goes out to Jason Morgan the project manager. Jason ensured I understood the process, costs and timeline on when the work would start and when it would be finished. He was very responsive to my phone calls, texts messages and emails which I really appreciated. I strongly recommend Hart Roofing for your projects. I will hire them again the next time I need a new roof, gutters, or siding."

"Had Royalty Roofing come do a roofing repair that also turned into a siding repair and everything was amazing. The two workers were very respectful to me and my home. Would 100% recommend."

"Chad Hendricks and the Ready Roofer Company did a great job getting me more out of my insurance policy to have the roof replaced. The insurance company was only going to pay half of the replacement cost. The Ready Roofer team negotiated on my behalf so I only had to pay my deductible. They did a great job replacing the roof in Jan. Their communication skills were unbelievably assume throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them."

"Highly recommend JEI sheet metal construction. They did an excellent job with the roof repair."
