"I had a clogged sewer main and needed someone ASAP. After contacting Home Advisor Craig from All Jersey Plumbing called back within 2 minutes of my submission. First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer. He was thoroughly prepared and absolutely professional. After jetting out the drain (I highly recommend this over just snaking it) he ran a camera through all the way to the street. He showed and explained everything along the way. Thankfully everything looked good and he even went the extra length to run a cleaning head through the line to get it extremely clean. I m certain this main hasn t been this clean since it was installed. Total peace of mind now. I feel that Craig s price was extremely fair for the amount of work he did and would recommend him to everyone. His helper was conscientious and polite as well. "PlunbWell and Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting the air in my hot and cold water lines and could not figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s. Mario from PipeWorks came and found that Home Depot did not attach the water drain pipe securely on the back of the washing machine – it had popped off the back. So $404 later Mario saved the day. "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

"The team at pipe works is totally focused on customer satisfaction. I called pipe works and I believe lisa or heather picked up the phone. I informed them about my toilet was clogged. She expressed compassion and empathy. She said I have to locate a service technician. She called back within 2 minutes. She asked is this an emergency? I said we can wait until the next day. She made an appointment with me. Delroy was scheduled the next day between 8-12am. Delroy arrived promptly within the given time. I expressed my concerns with my only toilet. Delroy, jumped into action. He went to his van. He returned with an auger. He attempted to unclog the toilet upstairs before going to downstairs to the waste pipe and or sewer. Delroy went back to his van and brought in the electric pipe snake. He went down stairs and attempted to unclog the blockage with the machine. 1st,2nd,3rd, attempt to no avail. Delroy remained constant. He manipulated the electric snake in such a way that the clog shattered. He called up stairs to try the toilet. I flushed the toilet. What a relief! Clog is gone. Delroy came upstairs. He brought his tools to the van. He came in and he went over the bill with me. I paid up. Delroy left. Pipe works goes above and beyond! I recommend pipework!"
