"When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! His team excavated the original grass, laid down the gravel sublayer, installed the framing, and then installed the artificial grass. Extremely hard working crew! "Brett had 3 other young men with him and worked for 6 hours. They spread 15 yards of mulch, edged about 200 feet where turf meets beds, ,  plug aerated both back and front yards which is well over 10,00 square feet, tidied up  20x 5 feet of Forsythia, cut down last years perennials in a 800 sq. ft. bed,  cleaned beds, cut ornamental grasses down to proper height , they took their time and they never rushed to be done, nor did they take long breaks.
        All work was done as if the guys were working on their own homes. They respected the plants coming up and worked so not to trample or disturb them  AND, they did not volcano mulch around the stand of Rose of Sharon and  Crepe Myrtel. It was all spread evenly.  I had an afterthought  and needed a large thick, tall bush drastically trimmed and they did it along with some other shrubs needing trimming.  
   Brett and his crew have a great work ethic, are personable, polite and very easy to get work with. I am going to hire them again in June to put a 75ft walkway, river stone and plant some type of flowering cherry. 
   Lastly, what immediately separated Emerald Green from a lot of other Angie LIsters, especially handymen, was that  Brett CALLED ME  right back,actually SHOWED up to to price the job and sent an estimate in email very quickly. 
   If I say anymore good things about Emerald Green you folks will think I am part owner or a relative. I am NOT. I found them on Angies LIst.

"Ed spent much time educating me about the condition of my original stoop, giving me options for repair or complete rebuild, gave me a reasonable quote for both. He was prompt, courteous, sincere, and , I felt honest. Upon initial meeting I felt he could be trusted. I have not made a decision yet as there are  financial constraints. Would highly recommend at this point. Will provide further update.
