"Zack was an upfront professional contractor. He was knowledgeable in explaining the scope of work required for the installation. He and his staff took time to explain any reconfiguration in the layout that they were proposing and discussed the issue prior to it being installed. "I live in Great Kills and was having a serious problem with water getting into my basement. Paul and the team at TriStone Masonry & Restoration came out, looked everything over, and did an excellent job from start to finish. They reinforced the basement where needed, completed the stucco work, and properly waterproofed everything to help stop the water problem. The difference has been brilliant, and I?m extremely happy with the finished work. Paul and the whole team were professional, hardworking, and very easy to deal with. "I can’t say enough good things about Andrew and his crew. They responded quickly when I needed help correcting work done by a previous contractor who had used the wrong wood for my outdoor columns and mailbox post. Andrew came out on a Sunday and spent over 8 hours replacing everything. He recommended using cedar for outdoor durability, carefully cut and installed the new wood, and then stained it beautifully. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished result looks absolutely amazing. As a bonus, they also fixed my broken screen door the same day. What really impressed me was their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. I’m a perfectionist and was watching the staining process closely, and they never seemed bothered by my questions or concerns. They truly wanted everything to be done right. The workmanship was excellent, the crew was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was extremely fair compared to the other quotes we received. Most importantly, they"

"Started on time. Very professional,"

"On Day 1 after tearing off 70% of the roof, clouds started to move in, the crew quickly made a haphazard attempt to cover the exposed roof. After doing so, I spoke to the crew leader to assess their plan. They were moving on to another job. I asked why they couldn't wait for 10 minutes for the shower to subside and showed them a radar forecast that called for no rain in the area until 10 PM to no avail. They left the premises a mess. Loose shingles on the roof, nailed scattered everywhere and the tarp on the roof was flapping in the wind and those loose shingles were flying in the wind. I called the American Quality to inform them of the situation. A couple of hours later I called again to inquire about the status. They finally sent the original crew back at approximately 5 PM. They quickly cleaned up. I asked them to secure the tarp on the roof then they left. Later that night, the roof was leaking into the house. Although American Quality sent someone to assess and rectify the situation, it was too little too late. I personally had to place a tarp in the attic to limit the potential damage. After the roof replacement was completed, I had to call in again because of their lack of attention to the little details."
