"On 12/13/24, I was serviced by Chickasaw AC, Inc. They came the same day for which I am truly grateful & serviced our AC to fix the ignitor. He spent less than 15 minutes My invoice indicated that: Replaced ignitor-$250 Diagnostic fee/trip charges......$55 Total----$305 When I called the company disputing the charges (the igniter, I searched online, does not cost over $25)- they assured me that they would send me the itemized invoice. The revised invoiced showed: Replaced ignitor ($110.00 ignitior price and $140.00 for labor price)---- 250.00 Diagnostic fee/trip charge ----55.00 ***DISCOUNT PER OWNER, MATTHEW-- FINAL PRICING*** -110.01 Sales Tax 0.00 Total-------$194.99 While I support local and small businesses, I draw the line when I feel I am being ripped off."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
