"Carlos was highly professional, courteous, pleasure to deal with. I selected the color, they managed to partly do the job before I understood that the color was wrong. Carlos has given me good recommendations before the start, I did not follow them and then regretted as a result. I made a decision to repaint with the recommended paint, was glad I did that. Carlos was polite and very quickly did the repainting without any aggravations. Also, a small tile job in the bathrooms was done - tile strips one tile wide was put on both sides of the tubs in both bathrooms. It was well done. Carlos came with sufficient number of people in the team so they managed to complete the job in 3 days. I am very satisfied with the job he has done. As to the pricing, he is on the level of other painters I called. I put "B" above because a little lower pricing would be nicer."

"This is the second time we have hired 3G’s Construction to do renovations on our home. A few years ago they redid our master bathroom. They did such a good job we hired them to do the remodeling of our kitchen and guest bathroom. Richard Gould was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. He stuck to his estimates. Any time something unexpected came up (like some rotting support beams) he let us know right away and told us what our options were and how much it would cost. Any times issues came up they were very responsive took care of them quickly. His crew (family members) were very nice and respectful, and kept things clean. His brother Steve did very nice work and was very easy to talk to. Their subcontractors (plumbers, painters, electricians etc.) were good. And Rich kept an eye on their work and schedule. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Everything looks great. It is nice to have contractors you can trust and I would highly recommend them. We have recommended them to our friends."

I had a very small, dingy, claustrophobic shower (32" x32") in a very cramped bathroom (6' x 6') that was in desperate need of replacement. PBR took the time to understand my needs and the restrictions of the room and transformed the area. PBR coordinated all details of the project from getting permits, to delivery of materials, and to scheduling the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician. "When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. We went to the Bay State Bath showroom, as like so many others, we saw all the commercials, so we wanted to check them out. We actually met Jennifer Bylo while there, and we arranged for a home visit by Mike Doucie. Mike was excellent and professional, and friendly in his approach with us, and listened to our thoughts and provided many suggestions. He drafted a proposal and a layout for us. We then went back up to the showroom to really examine the products. We were sold. The team that arrived were super friendly, efficient, professional and easy to have in the house.
