"Lane and his crew at Decks Unlimited did a great job.  Lane's desire is to make your outdoor dreams a reality and he delivered on our project.  He took the time to walk us through the design stage and made sure we understood the various options we had.  When it came time to start the work he was on time and was very conscientious. He made all the necessary alterations to the existing landscaping and handled all of the unexpected issues with grace.  The finished project is beautiful and well made.  It continues to draw rave reviews and I wouldn't hesitate to use Lane and Decks Unlimited for future projects.  If you're looking for a deck look no further.  Thanks Lane. <br />"

"I called for an estimate in March 2015, the salesman was prompt and very responsive to my questions.  He even brought some neat samples for me to see.  I placed my order and Seamless wasn't able to get out to install the gutters until late July. That amount of time was excessive in my opinion.   I received about 13 hours advanced notice from the installer about their arrival, which was fine for my schedule at that time, but I feel more notice should be required. <br /> The installation took the entire day and the gutters look nice. I did find screws on my roof, a broken pencil in one of the gutters and some amounts of debris in the lawn. I have a puppy and having screws and other items floating around after the installation was a bit sloppy in my opinion.  I am pleased with how the gutters look and function. Despite these few hiccups, I would recommend ABC to others who need gutters. <br />"

"We just completed installing a motorized retractable awning from [*** Link removed ***] and are super pleased with the quality of the build, appearance and customer support.? This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. We extend our sincere thanks to the team at RetractableAwnings.com, and for those review sites that accept photographs, we include the following photo."

"It was a wonderful experience. I like the fact that they use their design and build company. They walk you through from the very beginning of the project, and they are there holding your hands all the way until the last day. They have a construction project manager on site everyday; so there is someone to answer all your questions and help you with your fears with what is going on."

FAQs for sunroom or patio enclosure building service projects in Casper, WY

A sunroom is a fully enclosed space with walls of windows or glass. It allows you to enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the indoors, protected from bugs and weather. It functions as an additional room in your home. A covered patio extends your home's roof over an outdoor area, providing shade and shelter while remaining open to the fresh air. It's a great way to enjoy outdoor living while being protected from sun and rain.

Adding screens to your porch is the most budget-friendly way to enclose it. Screening keeps out insects and debris while letting you enjoy the breeze and outdoor ambiance. It's less expensive than installing full walls or glass enclosures and doesn't usually require permits, making it an efficient way to upgrade your porch.

If you're transforming your porch into a fully enclosed living space like a sunroom, you'll likely need a sturdy foundation, such as a reinforced concrete slab, to support the structure. For a simple screened-in porch, you might be able to use the existing floor and support posts without additional foundation work. It's best to consult a professional to determine what's needed for your project.

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it's fully enclosed with solid walls and windows, has a proper roof, and includes heating and cooling systems. It should also have direct access from inside your home. When these criteria are met, the space becomes an extension of your home's livable area.
