"My experience was excellent. I called for service on the morning of Christmas Eve trying to find someone to perform a follow-up service to Spire. Spire had been out, indicated they had found 2 leaks, that there were possibly others but unsure, and stated that the furnace would be checked. When I called ALLN1 I was given all my options, including referring me back to Spire (which would have meant a loss in revenue for the company). Despite having an existing appointment, because of my concern and sticky situation (I live out of town and my tenants who were older were without gas — so no heat during a cold spell — and no immediate solution in sight) he arranged for someone else to go out and look, do a preliminary assessment, and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to get me a solution (he was even on the phone to the gas company with me to better understand the problem). Due to timing, my tenants were able to find someone to do the work. However, I was prepared to hire Mr. Love and will absolutely hire him for any additional work that I need. He was honest, spent a significant amount of time with his team spent trying to fix my problem, without pay. My tenants had a pleasant experience with them and indicated they would welcome having him come back to do any needed repairs. I encountered a number of unprofessional people while looking for service to deal with my emergency, at a time of year, and during a year when I expected better; ALLN1 was a rarity"

Work took three-and-a-half days. We are very pleased with the quality, professionalism, and appearance of finished labor. "Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"My wife and I own a home that was built in 1898. When we were soliciting bids for a LONG OVERDUE bathroom remodel, I had cast a pretty wide net on Angie's List trying to find a contractor with experience working with old homes, and someone I felt that we could trust. I found that contractor with Dunn Home Improvements.
Josh Dunn and his brother, Mike, began work on our bathroom renovation on a Monday morning. Upon entering the home, they laid down drop cloths and stair savers to keep from tracking in - and out - debris and general construction mess through the house. The demolition took a half day, and everything was carefully removed, and very meticulously cleaned. Color me impressed!
The rest of the project flew by, with Josh and Mike framing in the bathroom, running electric, plumbing, et cetera. The first week ended with leveling compound on the floor, set to cure and level out what was quite possibly the most un-even floor in our old home -- mission accomplished! The second week buttoned up with a beautiful tile job, painting, and installation of cabinets. We finally had a bathroom that we could be proud of. The transformation was complete!
I plan on keeping Josh and Mike on speed-dial for other projects for our home. Throughout the entire engagement, I felt not only informed, but empowered. The attention to detail is second-to-none, and I almost can't wait to start more renovation projects to work with Dunn Home Improvements again."

"Came in on a Saturday for work under the house. While there we had trouble with the toilet flushing. He pulled the toilet and attempted numerous times to clear the line for no charge. Finished work under house and came back Monday to install clean out our side of house. Highly recommend."

"Work started May 14, 2015and was completed in late July. We found Wade and his crew very easy to work with. Wade personally checked daily on progress and regularly communicated with us about any changes or delays in scheduling. The delay in completion was the result of the rainiest June on record and an unexpected problem getting the color decking we had selected for the porch. Wade researched and presented an alternative color choice close to our original selection for our approval ? we are very pleased with the new color choice. The decorative sidewalk turned out beautifully and is a nice focal point for our house. We are very happy with all the landscaping and the multiple stone garden walls. Wade added several additional features from the original plan that have enhanced the appearance of the landscaping.
Wade was genuinely interested in producing a result with which we would be happy. He regularly stopped to make sure we were satisfied
with the way things were progressing and that we had no problems with the work. He quickly responded and resolved problems we had with a latch on the fence and railings on the deck. His crews minimized any mess related to the work and promptly removed remaining materials once work was completed. Working with Wade and his crews has been a positive experience.
