This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! It was the best investment I could have made! Today their technician Troy came to conduct the preseason service on my air conditioner. My appointment was for 10am and Troy arrived promptly at 10am! During the course of the inspection, Troy discovered that the dual run capacitor was leaking oil. He showed me the part and suggested that it could be a problem down the road.
