"The entire process was great! They were the first company that came up when I looked up shower replacements. It seemed as soon as I send for someone to reach out for a consultation appointment my phone was ringing and the person who I spoke to was very nice. When Brexton came out for the consultation we were so comfortable with her and it felt like we know here for years. She gave us all our options and knew there product and took great pride in her company. Our search was over! We knew this was the company we wanted to replace our showerer. When the day came we were so excited! When the installers came they did not disappoint. Randy and Kevin were awesome! They both were very nice and professional and knew their jobs well. They even played with my cat Otto, who really like them, the entire time they were there. At the end of the install they cleaned up and it looked like they were never there. You can tell they take pride in their job and the company they work for. We absolutely love the new shower and highly recommend West Shore Home"

"Brian came to our home to do a tub to shower installation. He was very respectful and reviewed what he would be doing. The project was completed within the time frame we were told. Again, he reviewed what he had done and how to properly care for the shower. It really looks great and we are looking forward to using it. Thank you Brian and rite window team. "A replace my shower did very good work just don’t care for the finance company. I won’t recommend them to my friends and family. Just don’t go with the finance company. I feel as a rip off or a scam."

"Steve and his crew were fantastic in redoing our shower after it was largely gutted following mold remediation. Looks better than before. They were always on time and responsive over the phone, and despite some grueling work were always friendly and helpful answering our questions and keeping us updated. They will be my first call for future work around the house!"
