When I have specific items they need to know, I tell them directly or call the office to get the message out (ie. informing them that if I have a dirty copper pot, it doesn't sit in the sink while they clean the counter. "They had been cleaning for us for several months since about November of 2013. It started off well and then things started to get forgotten like cleaning the tub and turning of the sprayer in the shower. I was willing to overlook most of the problems but then I referred them to a friend and they worked for friend and they never gave them an estimate and he told them it was going to be $375. I have never paid more than $200 and that was on the initial time. Then my friend tried to negotiate with him and say that was just to much without notifying them first. He just kept hanging up on her and wouldn't work it out. They felt afraid that they would retaliate so they ended up paying $300. We have decided that we will no longer be working with them.

"Very professional and job well done. Chon went and bought the necessary n appropriate strips. He took the door down. He removed all peeling stripping from another contractor who did it only six months ago! Chon scrap cleaned the door tracks n completed the stripping around and underneath the front double door. He used clear silicon to cover all previous drill holes. The door is beautifully done. There is no more light or air coming through the front door and the stripping is no longer visible. I highly recommend Chon for the weather stripping of front doors."

We remembered his name from when we were having some construction clean up completed, and Sam had been very honest about his team’s ability to do an extremely difficult job (months of construction dust in a furnished residence) – we ended up hiring an industrial team to do that clean up. When we hired Sam for regular biweekly cleanups, he sent out the same team, which was fabulous. Sam and his team honored specific requirements for taking care of the new carpet and hardwoods. The team was also gentle on the furniture and super polite to the people. We also found Sam to be an ethical person with whom to work in the rare event that something did not go quite right. Bottom line is that working with Sam and his team was easy, and the cleaning met our needs. I would be comfortable hiring him again should the need arise."
