Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Milton-Center, OH

"Very professional and pointed out existing issues we had with the foundation due to water. They walked through each step to explain what was being done. Everdry is quick to respond with issues or questions that develop over time. I would recommend them. ~SAH, Toledo, OH"

"Overall, we are not convinced that this installation was worth the cost or disruption and the experience did not meet the expectations we had based on our conversations with the sales rep. While an interior waterproofing system made a lot of sense to address our issues, once work started, it was clear that our house already had an underdrain system in place, but the crew continued demolition and installation. As part of the work, Stay Dry required replacement of our one-year-old sump pump (and battery backup) with their system and charged extra for the battery backup. The crew worked quickly, but caused some unnecessary damage to our finished basement walls and the concrete finish was less smooth than expected. The third star is provided for the follow-up visit by their customer service team to clean up some of those shortcomings."

"Free estimate. Installed a new sump pump did a great job. Easy to contact and arrived on time."

Toledo Basement Repair is proud to be a locally owned and operated business that has been serving the community since 1999. As long as there have been basements, there's been basement water problems. Water will find it's way into any basement through cracks in the walls or flooring, through wall and flooring joints, through open vents and through ill-fitting doors and windows. Concrete is a porous material and water will seep through it as water vapor, making basements and crawl spaces a constant source of humidity and dampness.\nChronic basement leakage can be a serious problem that can destroy furnishings and appliances, decrease property value, and can cause Black Mold that can have devastating effects on your family's health.\n\nDoes your basement have leaks when it rains? "Work performed as stated, on time and budget. Josh was very helpful with figuring out the scope of work that was compatible with our budget and achieve the desired results. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. Kudos to Advanced for a job well done."

"JRB Foundation Repair did an excellent job at encapsulating my crawl space and putting in my new sump pump. They are extremely efficient and easy to work with. Would recommend highly!"

"Affordable Foundation helped me with the project I gave it to them. They are extremely professional in their work and they know what they are doing. Keith is very professional and expert at his work. He went above and beyond to finish the work on time. He agreed to work on Sunday with very short notice. He was on time on Sunday and did fantastic work. I recommend affordable foundation to everyone."

"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."
