"{ No comments provided } I am at loss for words to express my to Mr. Freeman (Kurt) and his team (McKenzie and Carlos) for a job well They corrected a problem with a sagging soffit without having to replace it, saving me money. In addition, they took on the task of correcting an existing project that someone else had started and never completed, the correct assembly of a wall mounted gazebo. Kurt's knowledge, experience, and problem solving abilities led the way for completing both tasks quickly, correctly and cost effectively. "We had a bath/shower remodeled into a shower only. The consultation, design and scheduling went as expected. On the final day of installation it was found that a required diverter valve was not among the supplied materials. I went to the local hardware store and bought one so that the subcontractor did not have go back to Florida (we are in Alabama) and return the next day with the required item. I have contacted the company at least twice and they have not reimbursed me for the ~$17 I spent on the valve. I sent them a copy of my receipt."
