"I wanted a battery back-up but they gave me another option that saved me about $180 by installing a keyed disconnect. The technician was prompt. Handled the removal and installation much faster than I expected. He tried cleaning the grease off the door but was having a hard time with the solvent he was using. So I told him not to worry, I would buy some Dawn dish soap and get the grease off. It has worked reliably since then. The lady I spoke to on the phone was nice, but I would have liked her to slow down a bit and let me ask questions. I called back and spoke to a technician to be sure that I was getting the best equipment for my situation. She was amazing in person. I know others who do sales calls that way out of nervousness possibly? They were recommended by a couple people I trust. It would be nice if they put directions to their office online as it's a bit difficult to get to and I had to backtrack a considerable distance. I know someone else who wanted to do business with them, but never found them."

"The tree climber, Adam, was fantastic. He seemed very experienced and even hung a tree swing for us while he was up there. He pruned back my dwarf cherry tree and left it looking beautiful. Todd, the sales manager, is very friendly, but not always professional. On the day they were scheduled to perform services, I called him early afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone. Todd didn't know what was going on when I called him, and it took him several hours to find out. However, they did end up honoring the original appointment and finished the job before the end of the day. I had to ask them to trim up a few additional branches at the end of the job (some of the team was new - I wasn't too impressed with them). But Todd made sure I was happy before they left. <br />"

"My new fence is beautiful. He explained the process, why the use the tools they use, and even did some extra things because of all the vegetation around the fence. All installers were very friendly, personable, and down right fun to work with. The weather here didn't cooperate of course (kansas), but they worked through rain and cold cold weather to get the job done. They were prompt on all replies, questions, and completing the work. I definitely recommend hiring them and will be using them again."
