"Due to unusually bad storms our work couldn't begin for 6 weeks, I had a leak around the chimney, Wade Co came out and sealed around he chimney to prevent any damage until they could get here, there was no additional charge for this and we had no more leak issues. Work took 7 days, started promptly every day at 7:30 and worked until around 6:00. Guys cleaned up continually during the day and completely each night. Workers were very respectful to my property and family. Crew foreman (Mike) was here the entire time and thoroughly answered any questions I had during the job plus immediately informed me of issues they found. Their Field Supv also came by every day to check on things. They found one of our vent pipes broken in the attic (not done by Wade Co), which required a Plummer to repair, Wade Co did not charge me for this. They found that in their quote they had forgotten to include the cost of 2 turbine vents, while I told them I had no problem with them adding this cost they were insistent that they would stick to their quote and replaced the vents at no additional cost. I am extremely happy with the work and experience I had with Wade Co. The roof is beautiful and I have full confidence that if I have any issues with the roof they will respond promptly and to my satisfaction."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
