"Dave and Kim came highly recommended by our architect and built a life changing in-law addition to our home and also took on some much needed renovations in our existing home. I'm writing this a year after the work was completed and could not be happier. The quality of the work was great and Dave and Kim kept every promise that was made. I also feel that the trustworthiness of any vendor or contractor can especially be measured when something goes wrong. While it was rare, we had a couple understandable miscommunications along the way. They were extremely fair with how these were handled. Construction costs are so high that it feels really good to still feel like it was money well spent. We also looked at other reputable contractors in the area and found their prices to be competitive. The contractors they worked !with also showed up when they said they would and were polite. Overall it was a really positive experience."

It should have been done cabinet installation door cabinet for arrival because all the cabinet and they've taken up space. I am a senior citizen and I have limited funds of that project. I am more disappointed that the project did not go well on both ends that they decided to keep my $2100 deposit. I they refunded most of my money back in good faith that I wouldn't have been disappointing. "
