Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

The owner Klever viewed the job on 6/29/25 and texted me a price of $550 to mow, trim, and clean all the way to the stone wall to install metal posts for a 2"x4" vinyl wire fence (which I already owned) in front of my stone wall. I usually pay under $100 for mowing/trimming. The grass for the trimming was taller than usual so I agreed. Klever gave a price of $600 to install the posts/fence. Klever's younger brother did 80% of the mowing/trimming. They said they would be back the next day to finish trimming and put up the posts/fence. When I went outside, they didn't finish the trimming to the stone wall but was installing the posts/fence crooked, 18" to 24" away from the stone wall. In our discussion Klever kept verbally making excuses and trying to change the agreement. I told him he needed to do the job as agreed. He chose not to keep to the agreement.
