I appreciate they responded quickly and were straightforward and honest, rather than bidding on a job they could not include in their workload. As it turns out, I will repair the existing wood fence and in the future the Renton School District (my neighbor) will install a new 6 ft high chain link fence at this location, per their specs, thus alleviating a need on my part to build the new fence. A new elementary school will soon be built at the property adjacent to my location."

"Working with Scott and his team was great. He came out and gave a prompt estimate, and worked with us on what our options were as far as materials and layout. We had to reconfigure the plans once because of the City's requirements for setbacks, and while we didn't get to go with our "Plan A", what we did get was amazing. We are so glad we did this project. We previously had a 10'x20' second story deck off of our dining room but had no stair access to the back yard, which basically left our large yard unused. Scott and his team were transparent with what their plans were as far as coming on site, and what work would be done and when. The work was done on time, and the only setbacks we had were weather related, and because we forgot to leave out a power source one morning - so nothing that was in Scott's control. They put up with our barky, 90lb German Shepherd the entire time - she was on the existing deck while they installed the stairs, and then as a last step pulled down the old railing, so that we didn't have to keep the dog indoors for the whole week. That accommodation was huge for us! Since installing the deck, our dog is happier than she's ever been now that she can free-range and bark at cats and squirrels up close and personal. Our daughter also loves playing in her yard.  We'd gladly work with Scott again in the future."
