NGL was hired to expand our backyard including a privacy fence. They installed a beautiful retaining wall with fencing to match the rest of our yard. We have already received numerous positive comments about the new wall and fence. We are thrilled. They also installed a sprinkler system and new sod. The plan also included a paver patio, seat wall, fire pit, and lights. The crew was friendly, polite and hardworking, even in the midst of a record breaking heat wave. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. Ben was the project manager, checking often on the crewâ s progress and occasionally offering a helping hand where needed. He was very approachable and quick to respond to our questions. Sta-Built is a professionally run company with creative minds and skilled workers. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. The bid for the amount of the work done was competitive with other companies. We trusted Sta-Built to do the job right, and they came through with flying colors. "French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."
