Brock did a better job than the other reps did explaining what Legacy Exteriors would do and how they would do it. He also did a better job asking questions to identify and understand our concerns, so he could address them in the context of what Legacy Exteriors does when replacing a roof. The contract Brock provided was easy to understand and provided the level of detail I often require to avoid confusion. I requested and got some changes made to the contact, to reflect items I had discussed with Brock, but that were not included in the first contract we received.
