"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

"The best thing about Nail It Down is that they are very responsive. I learned about their company at a local business fair and talked to them about my roofing needs on my garage. We talked a little bit and I got their contact information. The staff I met were very friendly. A few days later, I called the company to schedule a free quote. They called me back quickly and we arranged a time for them to come out and give us an estimate. They were on time and gave us a fair quote. I had two other local roofing companies provide quotes as well. One took a week to call me back and then their quote was twice as much. The other company came out to inspect the work that needed to be done and then they never followed up! I signed the contract with Nail It Down and they came out to work on my roof the next day! "In 2011 we had our roof replaced by Shingle King.  Ty was upfront with all costs, was the best price out of all the quotes we had and did a great job.  Our roof looks amazing and we have never had any issues since. 
In November, 2014, we had our siding for our entire house replaced as well as new gutters.  Ty brought over any samples we needed and helped with all the questions we had before deciding on colors and siding.  The siding took some time, but only because it was the middle of Thanksgiving week.  We had some issues with our windows being two different sizes (not because of Shingle King)  and Ty and his workers were able to help figure out the best way to cap the windows so they looked similar.  Any issues or concerns that we have, we email Ty and he always responds right away.  His work crew cleans up when they are done with the project and Ty will come by and make sure there are no nails around the house. 
Our house looks amazing and we have received many compliments on our new siding.  We recommend him to many of our friends and neighbors.
