"I called James when i discovered about a foot of water in the low part of my basement. The electricity was out for about 36 hours. James and his assistant came quickly, purchased a back up generator used to begin to eliminate the water, moved storage items to dry area, and followed up to install the back up sub pump battery. I always appreciate James' texts to advise me of arrival time or to modify it when needed, so I always know when he's to arrive. He is truly a "James of all trades""

"I had gotten multiple quotes but was not comfortable with any of the sales persons I encountered. Brent came out and gave us a quote immediately that was $400 lower than any of the others. He explained that they cut their own boards and they are actually 1" thick as opposed to the 3/4" boards most companies use. The fence is cedar (not red cedar). Our plan required 5 gates and there was no problem with them. We did have a problem, however. When Brent wrote the order, he did not have the disposition of an existing section of chainlink fence specified, and he wrote the order for dog-ear instead of the curved top I wanted. I called & we made the changes on the contract before signing & returning it. (All others wanted half down & half upon completion. A1 wanted $100 to schedule & balance on completion.) When they installed the fence, they got the chainlink portion right, but installed the dog ear. I called Brent & he immediately admitted it was his mistake. He offered for them to come out & tear it all down & re do it. However I didn't want to see all that material do to waste. I asked if we could come up with a creative solution. He came out a couple days later and showed me a sample they did of a cap they could put over the top of the fence to cover the offending dog ears. It looked really nice & they completed the work two days later. After looking at some of the negative reviews, I am astonished. We had great, responsive service all along. However, we are retired and were able to be very flexible in planning, so maybe that made a difference. In any case, we were happy with the entire process from quote through completion. My husband oversaw the work in progress and said the crews were very professional. In regards to clean-up, it is in the contract that they will remove debris, but moving the post-hole dirt is the responsibility of the owner. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!"
