"I was called prior to the visit so I knew when he would arrive. He was polite and serviced my dishwasher so it is in running condition. I would use this service again and would recommend them."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

22 year old eletrican with 5 years experience on a construction site, very hands on, likes to tinker with things and do manual labor!

"Misty Sparky electrician and their company notify you in advance and send a picture of who is coming. I really appreciated that info. Technician calls when he/she arrives then follows up, in my case, with an email detailing the repair and the warranty. Did I think the price was a little high for a switch replacement....YES but I was very satisfied with all other aspects of the process."

"Edwin was awesome! Very professional, Reliable and most of all…affordable Thank you so much for your wonderful service"

"Christmas miracle! The oven stopped working on Christmas Eve, just when we were about to cook the big Christmas meal for the family. I called JR and he came out right away on Christmas Eve. He fixed the problem in minutes and only charged for a standard service call. No one else comes out that fast, fixes the problem that quickly, or provides better customer service."

"Repair was on time however price that was charged was to high. Also diagnoses fee was not subtracted from repair fee once he was awarded the repair. Old parts that was removed was not shown or their failure explained. Once again work was good and I don't mind paying but a realistic charge is good business."
