"Incredible group of people to work with!!! They replaced my rotten soffit and fascia, installed new guttering and painted entire surface. Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished. During the entire process, they worked flawlessly as a team and as one part of the job was finished, someone else followed with the next portion of the job. "Agreed on price to demo existing wooden deck, despose of debris, build new wooden deck including painting. Project took 9 days. Crew was polite & varied from 2 to 3 men. I would not call them craftsmen. There was a lack of communication. Anything that went wrong or damaged was never mentioned to Dereck or home owner. Some examples are: ? Questionable dbl stringer shorted at opposite ends, see photos. Is it safe & to code? ? Hot tub cover damaged. Someone walked on top & broke half of cover. Also multiple objects dropped from upper deck on to cover puncturing it. Cover was used as work table. ? Multiple objects dropped from upper deck onto pavers surrounding hot tub, cracking three of them. ? Deck boards on smaller deck not completely screwed down. I needed to add 93 screws. ? Kinked LP gas tubing into the house. ? Gaps on both sides of new threshold. ? Blew GFI outlet and tripped multiple breakers, one being to a food freezer without notifying owner. ? No permission given for ads."

"Fidel was hired to rip out and old backsplash and replace it with a new one. He and his crew had to drive an hour each way to get to my house, but he was always there to get the work done. His attention to detail was very good. As always with any project I had to go behind him and clean this or fix that, but very little. His English is passable and tries very hard to communicate. I used Google translate and everything went well. He and his crew were professional and due to the far distance of travel they would arrive sometimes later than expected because of scheduling other work nearer to their area of service. I would classify him as honest, professional, personable and loaded with integrity. He took pride in his work, not just to make money, but to do it deserving of recommendation. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We hired Rick and Jimmy to complete an unfinished installation of Hardie board siding, to install Hardie board soffets and fascia board, to replace gutters and down spouts and install new gutter screens. They did some structural repairs to weathered framing and replaced the weathered boards on our deck. They also covered our back porch with metal roofing and tied it in with our existing metal roof Built More Homes was the third contractor we worked with on this project, and one of their challenges was to tie up all the loose ends left by previous crews. We needed someone to move our project forward as well as do the finishing touches so that the project looked coherent instead of a mashup by three different companies. Right away they discovered that the previous contractors had neglected to install flashing underneath the Hardie board seams, which would have voided the warranty. They spent hours caulking and painting over exposed nails and trimming around and securing faucets and eletrical boxes. They fabricated metal coverings for our wooden gable vents and the wooden trim around our stonework. We needed a crew that was strong on attention to detail. We have learned the hard way that anyone who will let the small things slide can easily burn you on the bigger things. From the very beginning, Rick and Jimmy kept every single commitment they made to us. They answered every phone call and email promptly. They showed up to work on time, and on some of the coldest days of the year.(They worked even when the daytime temperature was in the teens.) They kept the work site clean as the job progressed and on the last couple of days of the project they even went around the house with a magnet picking up nails left by the previous crews. The quality of their work was excellent, and we're very happy with the way our house looks with it's new exterior. As an added bonus, the final bill was exactly what we expected from the initial bid, even with all the surprises incurred by finishing and repairing someone else's work. Jimmy and Rick are cordial and respectful and we were very comfortable having them in our home. They are very knowledgeable about the work they do and very creative in finding solutions to the problems presented by a 30 year old house. We highly recommend Built More Homes, and we plan to hire them again for future projects."
