I replied that I had already had two estimates from reputable deck companies since sending out inquiries on March 16, had a third stopping by the next day and would need a complete teardown and rebuild. I said waiting 10 weeks to get somebody out to my house was beyond unreasonable and suggested they post a notice on Angie's list noting a 10-week backlog."
