"Quick response to our inquiry; punctual for the appointments and to begin the project. Very professional and engaging. Al offered several great ideas and matched our project cost to our budget. Plan was to cut down  all the weed growth on our cliff of a hill, spray everything with weed killer, cover the whole area with dormant seeded crown vetch which would germinate with the spring thaw and retake the hill with a solid ground cover. Unfortunately there is a crown vetch shortage so we are paused after phase 1. We will resume the project in the spring when hopefully the seed product is available.

"We used L&R for a very extensive renovation project to remove overgrown flower beds, reclaim portions of yard that the previous owners had turned into paths and terrace, remove trees, replace rotted steps and realign the irrigation system. They turned a badly neglected back yard into a beautiful oasis that looks clean and abounds with blooming plants and shrubs. Since we border a wetland, their plan called for animal-resistant foliage in an easy-to-maintain installation. Throughout the project their staff was exceptionally helpful, and took care to protect the areas not being renovated, and to clean the jobsite every night when they were done. "We had great work that was done on this project. Existing steps and patio were demolished and debris hauled away; patio walls that were secured by adhesive were installed; pavers over a large patio area were placed; and a series of 14 steps consisting of 300pound steps approximately 18x48x6 were set into place to the new patio. All of this work was done on time, the crew worked for 6 weeks, five days a week to completion. They worked tirelessly and were professionals that did meticulous work and should be proud of the product they produce. From beginning to completion, the people were professionals and great communicators in describing the process for a successful landscape project."
